Account Information: WeChat or Google account identifiers (OpenID/sub) for unique user identification and cross-device sync.
Device Information: Device identifier (username@hostname_OS) for multi-device login security and token binding.
Usage Data: File organization rules, condition templates, action templates, protection rules you create, and rule execution logs (no file content recorded).

- Contacts, photo albums, or location information
- Any biometric data
- Analysis of your file contents
3. Purpose of Use

- Providing and improving file organization services
- Cross-device data sync
- Account security verification
- Version update detection
- Technical troubleshooting
4. Information Sharing

- Sell or provide your personal information to third parties
- Use your data to train AI models
- Disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent
For payment processing, the WeChat Pay V3 SDK submits order amounts and payment status to Tenpay servers. See the Tenpay Privacy Policy for details.
5. Data Storage and Security
Section titled “5. Data Storage and Security”- Usage data is encrypted in transit and stored in cloud
- Tokens are stored locally in encrypted storage via flutter_secure_storage
- Local database (isar) data is stored in local filesystem only

Section titled “6. Your Rights”- View and modify your configuration data anytime in the App’s “Account Management”
- Permanently delete your account and all associated data via “Delete Account”

7. Children
