This software is provided “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties.
1. Information We Collect
Section titled “1. Information We Collect”FinalPlace only collects information necessary for service operation:
Account Information WeChat or Google account identifiers (OpenID/sub) provided during registration/login, used for unique user identification and cross-device sync.
Device Information Device identifier (username@hostname_OS), used for:
- Unique device recognition and multi-device login security
- Token binding and device limit enforcement
Usage Data
- File organization rules, condition templates, action templates, and protection rules you actively create
- File operation logs (rule execution results only, no file content)
- All data is encrypted in transit and stored in cloud for cross-device sync
Information We Don’t Collect
- Your file contents
- Installed software list
- Contacts, photo albums, or location information
- Any biometric data
2. Permission Usage
Section titled “2. Permission Usage”File System Access Monitors file changes (create/modify/delete) in specified directories and executes organization actions (move/copy/rename/compress) when rules match.
Network Access Used for account authentication, cloud sync, and version update checks.
Auto-start on Boot (Optional) Automatically starts file monitoring after system boot. You can disable this anytime in Settings.
System Tray (Optional) Keeps file monitoring running in the background. You can exit via the tray icon.

All SDKs follow their respective privacy policies.
4. Membership and Billing
Section titled “4. Membership and Billing”1. Subscription Model: FinalPlace offers two plans:
- Yearly ¥88 (7.3/month), manual renewal required upon expiration
- Lifetime Buyout ¥288 (100 years, treated as permanent membership), one-time payment for permanent use
2. Free Trial: 7-day full-feature trial upon first registration. All features unlocked. Pay only after you’re satisfied.
3. Auto-renewal: Current version does not support auto-renewal. Manual purchase required upon expiration.
4. Refund Policy: Full refund within 7 days of purchase. Membership benefits are revoked immediately upon refund. Limited to one refund per 90 days.
5. Price Adjustment: We reserve the right to adjust prices. Existing memberships at time of purchase are not affected.
5. User Conduct
Section titled “5. User Conduct”You must not use FinalPlace to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or public order
- Harm network security or spread viruses/malicious code
- Perform destructive operations on system directories (Windows dir, Program Files, etc.)
- Use this software for any illegal purposes
6. Intellectual Property
Section titled “6. Intellectual Property”FinalPlace, its brand identity, interface design, and source code are intellectual property of Dongguan Kaihong Network Technology Co., Ltd. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software.
7. Privacy Protection
Section titled “7. Privacy Protection”Your private data (account info, rule config, operation logs) is used only for:
- Providing and improving services
- Cross-device sync
- Technical troubleshooting
We will not:
- Sell or provide your personal information to third parties
- Use your data to train AI models
- Analyze your file contents
8. Disclaimer
Section titled “8. Disclaimer”1. This software is provided “AS IS.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. We recommend regular backups of important files. The watchdog protection mechanism does its best to prevent misoperations on system directories, but you should evaluate the reasonableness of your rule configurations.
3. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, third-party service outages) requiring service shutdown, we will do our best to provide an offline version for continued use. Cloud features such as rule sync will not be available in offline mode. If the business closes or the service is terminated, lifetime buyout members will be compensated based on a minimum 5-year service period. Memberships held for less than 5 years will receive a prorated refund calculated from the purchase date.
9. Account Deletion
Section titled “9. Account Deletion”You can use “Delete Account” in the App’s “Account Management” page. Upon deletion:
- All account information will be permanently deleted
- All cloud sync data will be cleared
- Membership benefits will be revoked without refund
- The account cannot be re-registered or recovered
